Registration
• All internet users, whether individuals or legal entities (except those under 18 years old), may use the services of this platform.
• Use of the site is subject to full acceptance of these terms.
• The user agrees to:
1. Comply with the site’s rules and code of conduct.
2. Provide a valid cryptocurrency wallet address in the profile and subscription section.
3. Acknowledge that the site acts only as a referral platform and assumes no responsibility for unsuccessful purchases or sales.
4. Understand that verifying the credibility of the other party and completing the transaction is entirely the user’s responsibility.
Creating more than one user account to use the producer or marketer facilities is strictly prohibited.

Relationships Between Parties
1. Buyer and Seller
• The seller uploads their contact information and product images on the site, and the buyer can find them via search and contact them directly.
• The platform may provide the buyer’s contact information, including phone number, email address, and other profile details, to relevant sellers whose products or services the buyer has searched for or selected. Such information must be used solely for communication and transaction purposes, and any misuse of this information is the sole responsibility of the seller.
• Any agreement in violation of the site’s rules is void.
• All legal, financial, and operational responsibilities of the transaction lie between the buyer and the seller. The site assumes no liability.
2. Marketer and the Site
• Marketers act independently and have no partnership or employment relationship with the site.
• The accuracy of the information provided by the marketer is solely their responsibility.
• Receiving cash payments or direct deposits to a marketer’s account is prohibited.

• All payments are non-refundable.

Users will be notified of such changes through the relevant sections of the platform and via messages sent to their Home Page.
